Community Conversations & Certification Programs
We create and facilitate structured, intergenerational conversations that bring youth and adults together to build understanding, strengthen relationships, and inspire shared solutions to local challenges. These aren’t just one-off events—they’re part of a broader strategy to shift power dynamics and cultivate leadership. Participants can also take part in our immersive certification program, which includes over 120 hours of training in nonviolent communication, facilitation, restorative practices, and self-advocacy. Open to people of all ages, this certification helps individuals lead impactful conversations that build trust and transform communities.

Youth Education & Empowerment Programs
Our workshops extend beyond basic life skills to address the complex real-world systems that young people encounter, such as healthcare and finance. These programs are grounded in evidence-based research and encompass both historical context and practical skills. In our Financial Development program, youth learn the roots of economic disproportion, personal finance basics, and strategies for long-term wealth and wellness.
In our Health Development Program, participants explore disparities in care, learn how to self-advocate as patients, and contribute to educating future medical professionals on fair healthcare.

Cross-Sector Coalition Building
We bring together school systems, nonprofits, universities, healthcare institutions, businesses, and philanthropic partners to create more aligned, impactful approaches to community change. Our coalition work is rooted in the belief that real progress happens when all sectors recognize their shared stake in the health, education, and financial well-being of young people. We help stakeholders break out of their silos, build trust across lines of difference, and co-create strategies that strengthen the social fabric.
Ways to partner:
